A fresh, cleansing example of the style—pale straw with a dash of gold in the glass. An aromatic, perfumed nose holds plenty of citrus (ruby grapefruit, orange peel), poached pear and some very light florals and tropicals. Palate is fresh and bright, with very lively acidity—lemon sherbet—that’ll pair wonderfully with any richer seafood you’d care to name (but we’d recommend a creamy chowder).
