A summer beer in a winter coat: Moo Brew’s Winter IPA is still very much an IPA (loaded with sticky, resinous hops and a hefty ABV), but made for cooler climes, with a bundle of rich, roasty-toasty malts giving some sweet-bitter edge to all that fruit (and a lush dark colour). Tastes like eating fruit salad and coffee biscuits in a pine forest while it’s snowing, apparently.
