The warm 2010 vintage provided complex aromas and flavours, fine tannins and balanced acidity. The goal of the winemaking was to harmoniously match fine textures to the very fine tannins of the vintage. Our single vineyard wine is smooth yet firm, traditionally matched with slow cooked dishes and will benefit from decanting over the course of its long life.
